Review: I hired HomeLine Landscape and Designs to build a new retaining wall and fix sunken pavers that surrounded my in-ground pool in April 2013. The work was completed in 1 months time. HomeLine was paid in full. When the pool company came to open my pool in [redacted] for the season they pointed out that the holes in which the ladder for the deep end of my pool were cemented over and the ladder could not be installed. In addition, Homeline cemented in the railings for the steps in the shallow end of the pool and they cemented them in backwards; this will prevent me from removing the railing and I will not be able to close the pool in the fall. I called HomeLine several times in [redacted] and [redacted] the owner of HomeLine came to my house in June and told me he would send his crew in a couple of weeks to remediate his mistakes. He never did. I have tried to contact him on numerous occasions by calling his office and his cell phone; I have e-mailed him. He has not responded.Desired Settlement: I would like HomeLine to remediate their mistakes so I can close my pool. I have thousands of dollars and I don't want to have any more expenses due to HomeLine's mistake.
