I *** ** *** did work on Ms***s home I did all she asked for our initial contract I collected at my nornal collection point at time of a walk around yes she had a few concerns after the fact however she did go out of town and when she returned it was difficult to pin her down as with our schedule in a timely mannor her complaint is requesting percent back I am not going to do that we did our job when We diccussed the tape issue I explained her involvement caused us that extra distress to her trim I have delt with mobile homes before the paper trim gets brittle or faulty w age and cannot be even repaired with out doing sections she did mention it was an old home I agreed if this trim had been wood if she hadnt asked my guys to disobey me her being nice caused this making me out to be a bad guy her angies list complaint is a possitive negative and did not ask for a refund we are both at odds her complaintMy reputationShe can call me and talk nicely and we could come to termsBut no refund

Yes  there were issues minor at first with our schedule getting all crazy we had a hard time getting back to her home. I understand what she is talking about the trim, Its a mobile home and it has a paper wood finish. Due to her work schedule we had to do most of our work late into the evening...

which at that time of the day I was off doing something else.  My standing order is to clean up every day remove plastic and tape from trim. She was a very nice person thinking that it would be easier to just leave the plastic and tape up She encouraged my guys to leave it, instead of redoing each day, this was the main reason the tape stuck so well. The trim is aged to the point it is fading. The complaint has changed from a positive negative to wanting 80% of her money back. read the complaint posted on Angie's list. ( I did give my drywall er/ painter time off for his part in this I should have been called.I can say that I got busy and it would be the truth I can say I forgot that would be true however I didn't leave the ugly messages which made me expect this complaint. which made me realize I can please most people but not everybody. My collection process is standard I have a very good warranty record. We strive for betterment and am looking for a office person to help.

I [redacted] agree that Mrs. [redacted] Did not get her Gutter 24'I dont know why she is saying I dont call her when I do and then she calls My Crew Leader [redacted], and he reports to me I have 2 Lines a 210 and a 512 Both listed as my Company # I call and leave messages asking for her to Call back wanting...

to give her updates asking for call backs she calls [redacted].She has a descent size roof and misc. repairs that were All completed ahead of schedule, with only 200.00 down.  I did tell her I don't have a gutter crew and do try to coordinate,all I can for My customers initially I was asked to do a roof Trim trees trim a window paint same, 14 ft. of fascia which was the only part of my original contract.  As we progressed we found more issuse that I brought to her attention decking more rotten fascia and she couldn't afford to pay for that misc. work. I asked if it would be ok to eliminate  24' of gutters in exchange for the extra work she hesitated so here we are.So as it stands getting a gutter guy to do a small project is in its self a job. gutters are sold buy Linial ft. 24'  with 1 down spout x 5.25 = 178.00.
