This is a response to the issue regarding housekeeping services for [redacted] as referenced inyour correspondence received on July 20, 2017.Our agency arranged to provide two hours of homemaking services weekly for Ms. [redacted] under afunded program. The workers who provide the services are...

employees of this agency. Allscheduling of staff is coordinated by our Service Coordinators from the agency office. Direct carestaff do not make their schedules. Ms. [redacted] did compliment one worker who was assigned toher on several occasions. We do try to keep the same worker however we also need to have anotherworker assigned as a back-up in the event of call offs, scheduling conflicts and to control overtime.Ms. [redacted] did receive service from another worker on July 20th• The Service Coordinator calledMs. [redacted] to find out how she liked the worker and Ms. [redacted] replied that she was good andwould accept her if her preferred worker is not available. The preferred worker is currentlyscheduled with Ms. [redacted] on July 26th and will continue weekly on the same day at the same timeunless she is not available.I personally called Ms. [redacted] today at 1:00 PM to inform her of the status of her services and lefta voice mail since she did not answer.I hope that the issue has been resolved.
