This is a Long review but please read it all the way throughI don't want anyone else to deal with the unprofessionalism we had to deal with We used this banquet hall for my daughter’s wedding receptionAnd needless to say, it was a disasterAt first Harry, the manager/owner was very friendly and eager to get our businessBut once we made final payment things seemed to go downhill from there We were promised that the carpet, which was old, stinky, and stained would be replaced with all new tile or we would receive a $credit I insisted this be included in the contract and I'm glad I didWe went to make final payment four days prior to event and the floors had not been started We showed the coordinator, Candy, whom we had never met prior to this day, our copy of the agreement (she was unprepared and did not have her copy) where it stated we would get a creditShe called Harry and the credit was implemented A couple of days prior to event I needed to confirm a time for my decorator, DJ, caterer, and cake delivery and set up Candy, stated we could not get into the building until minutes prior to event No way we could get in and do all that was needed in that short period of time We had previously discussed decorating and it had never been an issue until crunch time and Candy complained that she had another job and small children and could not accommodate usShe was not only rude but unreasonable But let me back up a moment to tell you all we were promised The tour included a private room for the bridal partyIt was small, but adequate at least for the bride’s maids except it was full of center pieces and unused items, much like a storage space We were promised that this room would be available to the bride and her court on the day of the reception and that it would not only be cleared but also cleaned, neither were done We were promised stem ware and place settings for each table, tables with chairs, plus head tables to seat each for bridal party and parentsWe did receive the head tables but only round tables for my guestsI prepared a seating chart with place settings and had nowhere to put my guests who were seated at tables 28-How embarrassingWe did receive the place settings for the tables but no stem ware We were also promised small candles per table and they were not includedWe also paid to have professional waiters and wound up with only and of them walked out during the course of the nightMy family began serving our head tables and I never saw our waiters in the dining hall until I went and found one to ask her to bus our appetizer dishesThey came around with a black trash bag to collect the appetizer plates we had to rush and purchase after realizing Fiesta Fountains team was unprepared for an appetizer service After our dinner service, Harry came into the hall and asked me how things were goingI told him that dirty dinner dishes had been sitting in front of me and my guests for over an hour and tables needed bussing and he just shrugged his shoulders and left I waited a few minutes to see if anything would happenAt this point the bride and groom cut the cake and cake was being served by the waitersMy husband and I began to clear the dinner dishes and found that our "professional" waiters were placing cake servings directly on top of dirty dinner dishes I was in complete disbelief! On top of the poor service and unprofessionalism from owners and staff, the room was very hot and my cake began to melt I could share so much more but you get the picture The facility is nice, and the set up was pretty but management does not know how to run a business like this I am very disappointed and dissatisfiedPlease take your business elsewhere!!!
