Steve *** , will not give us his insurance infoor file an claim with his ins. There has been a claim open since Nov19th. Claim # *** Customer was contacted and there was an appointment set for 12/7/for a meeting at the property to inspect.
Once the customer saw me on site, I and the adjuster were threatened / instructed to leave the property or have the police called on us. At this point the adjuster has been refused access to the inside of the home
damage was done to our home and our home had a very large amount of water come in during his roofing job as well as damage caused from his workersall he said was I will take care of it and the damage is way to big then as the job was almost done he was backing out of his word we ask cost and he just said I have to crunch some numbers we lost new floors windows deck walls miscitems wood sealing damaged a lot and sheetrock and a lot of other damage to our home and property During the project we did have an issue with water intrusion. At the time the damage was very manageable and we were making efforts (I went and rented floor / carpet fans and a couple heaters to dry the inside of the home out. At one point the customer gave me back some of the fans and heaters as they indicated that conditions in areas were becoming satisfactory. I NEVER backed out of any obligation to this job. Once we completed the installation on 11/13/at pm Friday night, I was waiting for Mr*** to return outside as he stated that he had a restoration company name that was given to him from his insurance agent for me to contact and that the damages were far more extensive than originally stated. After minutes in the customers driveway, Mr *** did not come back out and I saw Mrs *** look through the blinds to see that I was still thereI then called them to hear that they are claiming additional damages to the home and that they were instructed by their insurance agent to deny me access to the home to inspect and document them.

Mrs stated that the inspector was to be female which is true. The file was re-assigned to a gentlemen. He was also ordered off of the property on 12/7/and denied access to do his job
4. All of the statements that there is water still entering the home. Since the completion on 11/13/15, I have not received one call stating that there are still leaks on this project. This is the first I have heard of this allegation
the roof was supposed to take days and took 2weeks As far as the timeline on the project. With no unforeseen disruptions, this job was to be completed in 3-daysWhat is not mentioned here is the additional layers of materials that were found upon tear off and the damaged wood existing that needed to be repaired. This was identified on the initial job start and was discussed at that time. With this and the weather delays that is how long the project took
reinstalled our gutters wrong causing water to seep back up into roof. We did not uninstall or re-install any gutters on this property. Not sure what this is referring to
