I would like to start out by apologizing for any, less than satisfying, experience you have had with HOMEMASTERS Portland SWIt is our goal to effectively help as many homeowners in the community as possible with excellent service and performanceWhen we fall short of that goal we take it very
seriouslyTo recap the work performed by our crews:
Our roofing foreman inspected the roof and informed you about the improper installation of the roof and recommended a new roof before we did any workUpon approval:
We installed flapper vents and connected vent pipes that were previously venting moisture into the attic
We caulked in the nail holes from the tarp that we found nailed to the roof
We sealed around the satellite dish per your request
We made a best attempt to fix the leak in the NE corner
That being said, HOMEMASTERS Portland SW is willing to, in good faith, refund your moneyWe do not, however, feel responsible to pay you for work you hired another company to performAll roof repairs are a best attempt effort and we made a best attempt which eliminated some of the options making it easier for the other company to, hopefully resolve the leak issue
