When we moved into our house at the end of June, we realized our A/C wasn't working correctly. We contacted HomeMembership with our issue & they set us up with *** in Louisville Ky. Tim from *** was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable & walked us thru what the problem was with our A/C, fixed it & told us what to look for in the future if we have any other issues. He was extremely pleasant with my fiance & I, & I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use this company again for future problems! We give them a 10/10! Thank you *** & thank you HomeMembership!

They are amazing and help you as needed. They go above and beyond to make sure you have great services and to make sure you have what you need. They respond quick and will walk you through anything you don't understand. They also provide special accommodations when they can't get to you on the weekend!

I have purchased home warranties on about 5 houses in the past on the recommendation of realtors. Not one has ever honored a claim. I have been put off, hung up on, referred to rules and policies etc. In short I have lost trust and faith in any company that sells warranties. However, home membership has restored my faith. I have already referred my daughter….several weeks ago who asked me if I trusted anyone. And, I will refer others to homemembership in the future. What a refreshing and fine experience with Home Membership and their contractor ***! I put in a request for service yesterday (Tuesday) at 8 a.m.; by 10 a.m. I had a call from *** to set up an appointment--they gave me a timeframe for Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tim called me at 1:25 p.m., arrived at 1:35 p.m., had diagnosed and taken care of my problem by 2:00 p.m.
I have had another home warranty company who didn't respond for a week, then I waited another week for them to take care of my problem. Thanks Home Membership and Tim with ***. I'm a committed and happy customer!!

This company is horrible and want me to pay another deductible for an ongoing issue. Do not recommend this home warranty company at all!!!

These kinds of reviews are not common around here, so I wanted to make sure I looked into this for you. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps to make the experience for future and current members even better. Deductibles are always charged if it’s after the original 30 days of repair. If it's within 30 days we don’t charge a second one or if it’s for the same issue. I hope this information is helpful.

I wanted to tell you all how professional your company was and to work with , had a claim and resolved the same Week !!! Beat home warranty company out there & also your contractor *** Louisville,KY was a just the same too! HVAC Contractor Tim and Daren they were so friendly and did a fantastic and thorough job and explained everything to us as the work progressed and explained to us how to register the A/C unit warranty online as well , we will for sure keep your company as our #1 home warranty through the Years and couldn’t ask for a better all around experience!!

One thing that is special about Home Membership is the attention they pay to what is important to their customers and the services they offer reflect that. In fact I have researched many warranty companies and they are the only one I found that includes dryer vent cleaning in their maintenance plan. Most recently my air conditioner stopped working. I contacted the company and it was determined that it could not be repaired. Phoebe contacted me by phone and we spoke and they replaced my unit with a brand new one and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I paid a $75 service fee for a brand new air conditioning unit. The services they have provided have far outweighed the cost of the plan. As of now I am expecting to renew my contract with them and add the maintenance plan as well.

Phoebe is awesome! She has always taken great care of me being a first time home owner and her response is fast and professional. Erin and also Beau *** were so helpful! I had problems with a broken washing machine and a microwave recently they were fast in sending out someone to help me address the problem. During this COVID-19 pandemic the microwave went out I was out of work they were kind enough to waive the deductible and it was such s blessing! I totally recommend Home Membership! We never think we would need service until something breaks and having their help is such a blessing! Thank you especially for Phoebe for being so kind and professional! Jáckie
