Virginia Carolina Buildings installed a roof in December 2016. I wanted to watch install. Asked every week after signing to be notified. Notified in December roof was completed. Visited property, new roof looks like a shed roof..not standing seam as was on house in old tin. Contract said remove old roof, but appears to be underneath. Screw holes on many panels allow light to shine thru. Not sure if synthetic underlayment installed per contract. Less than a year later, water dripping off attic ceiling wood and metal. Mold growing on underside of roof. One year later, mold forming throughout house.
