Mr***,Thank you for letting us know of your concerns We always take customer concerns seriously and hope for a positive outcome for all parties It is never our intention to be anything less than completely transparent in our intentions with the pest control service We offer
a variety of pricing options that include one time or acute services as well as long term (one year or more) agreements depending on the needs of the client Usually a long term option is best because it allows us to discount services on the front end to avoid high costs at the beginning of the service where we are putting forth substantial resources to solve existing problems It also allows us to capitalize on the momentum by doing services at regular intervals before problems can re-occur, thus converting the service into a "preventive" service It is our process and intention to always be completely transparent and forthright in all costs, short-term and long term, and we feel that we offer a great value for the level of service that we do I am saddened that you feel that the technician acted otherwise There is no incentive for the technician to do that, and the paperwork presented that shows the terms is very clear.I don't have enough details to address your concern of the technician not sticking to the scheduled time frame The initial service was scheduled on 5/13/with an arrival time of 9-am, and the technician arrived at 9:am The second service was scheduled on 6/10/with no specific time frame (customers are not required to be home on subsequent services unless they have requested or arranged to do so) and the technician arrived at 8:am on this day and treated the outside of the home per the instructions on the service agreement (please refer to your copy of the service agreement) The third service on 6/23/was not a regularly scheduled service, but was a free re-service that our agreement provides for to address any specific concerns that occur between regular treatments The service was scheduled with an arrival time of 1-4pm, and the technician arrived at 2:pm and treated areas inside that would not have been accessible on 6/10/17, all at no extra charge.Our notes indicate at this time that you have already contracted another service I'm sorry to hear that, because I know that we would be more than willing to work with you to make this right, and to renegotiate anything that was misunderstood from the beginning If that option no longer exists, then I am afraid that we will have to enforce the terms of the agreement due to the significant amount of resources we use up front to solve pest issues, resources that a new provider will no doubt benefit from However, trying to be fair to all parties, I would be willing to settle for half the amount to demonstrate good faith on our part and that we do take your concerns seriously If this is acceptable to you, the final amount would be 82.80.Again, I am sorry that we couldn't resolve this sooner and continue our relationship as I feel confident in our servicing ability and our dedication to customer service, and I feel that once everything is communicated clearly there is usually an opportunity to repair the relationship Please let me know if my offer acceptable to you
