September 21, 2016The Revdex.com,My name is Dennis [redacted] I recently have been hired as the Vice President of sales and marketing for HomePro Remodelersbecame aware of customer name [redacted] ' situation approximately days ago and began an immediate plan of action.I visited the [redacted] home on Monday 10/19/to inspect the installation and re-establish communicationMs [redacted] is pleasant to deal withAttached you will see a plan of action with a realistic deadline that has been signed for and accepted by Ms [redacted] .Ms [redacted] has agreed to allow HomePro Remodelers until 10/7/to complete her installation to her satisfactionWe do not anticipate needing all of this time to complete the project (one or two days maximum), but manpower and weather will come into play, so the extra time is a bonus.l am requesting that the [redacted] complaint not be published for public viewing before the established deadline of 10/7/16, Ms [redacted] has no malice towards HomePro Remodeiers.HomePro Remodelers has maintained a stellar reputation since the company's' inception other than Ms [redacted] situation.I am quite familiar with what it takes to maintain top notch customer service, t feel it will be dis service for the general public to form an opinion regarding HomePro remodelers, when resolution wilt be achieved no later than 10/7/16.Ms [redacted] holds no ill will towards our company.Sincerely,Dennis [redacted] VP Sales and Marketing

Work started on property June and still not completed Was told project would take to weeks Had season room added onto existing porch and pavilion with cement slab/retaining wall Keep getting the run around on completion, and have been very patient I even was understanding when the Owner told me around August 2, 2016, that some of the storms caused trees to go into a few peoples sunrooms and they were trying to help them and get them fixed Never heard back from him I made an error on signing off on the final payment for [redacted] USA to pay the contractor I received additional work in Early July and was told by contractor would return the following week to finish so I signed off on completed work In the meantime, received call from [redacted] on July 14, 2016, asking was the work completed, and I informed them no, but they were coming back the same week Contractor did not end up returning until end of July and still did not finish After more calls fr

HomePro Depot and their crew did a fantastic job, they had a genuine interest into doing everything they promise, I would recommend them highly to anyone that would want a great product with and absolute fair priceThese company is the real deal 100%

I would not recommend hiring this company Our project included a full kitchen remodel, wall removal, and transformation of an existing porch into a seasons room to be used for dining The kitchen turned out very nice, but the new room has several areas of poor craftsmanship, including uneven floors and trim The project was originally scheduled to last weeks, but it took weeks to complete Many days no one showed up to do work, or if they did, they would only spend a few hours at our home There were some problems with staff turnover, with a couple of electricians and kitchen experts leaving the project prior to it starting and the main builder leaving the company before our project was complete The work and schedule suffered considerably and when we documented the things that were wrong, the owner called us angrily, yelling and stating that he would put a lien on our home if we did not pay the remaining balanceWe paid them because we no longer wanted to have any interaction with their company We are currently working with other home improvement specialists to correct the problems created in our new room

Company completed three season room in May of Have had leaking roof problems shortly after completionBetween my wife and I we've contacted Roberto D* *** to timesHe keeps promising to send someone for repairs but fails to do soWe currently have six separate leaks

I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and workmanship with the patio roof I had installedThe crew worked diligently and did a great job I had a small problem about a month after installation and when I called Roberto, he had someone there the same day to attend to it No other problems since and we're really enjoying our porch!

Where to begin...there is too much to write and apologize for the lengthThis company’s customer service is poor at bestAs a preface I used this company years ago for a patio cover The job was done fairly well, but with a few hiccups along the wayI had another outdoor project that was related to the initial project of years ago, so I chose to use them again since they did the first installThe owner, Roberto, insisted that the job be done in December 2017, I wanted to wait, which caused them to work in degree weather and snowSaid it would take daysIt took weeks I understand that they ran into some issues that extended it, but those issues were taken care of in one dayThe workers did not show up early, and one day didn’t show up because one of them was “sick”And the owner had no ideaWhat company closes because one employee is sick? They were at my home working in the dark, removed my Christmas decorations to use them for lightingDebris and cigarette butts left in the yardI could go onRoberto told me to inspect the work prior to him coming over for final payment in December, and a few minor items needed repaired and were discussed with him, along with an ongoing repair of the initial project-a leak-that was first brought to his attention in September that has yet to be resolved (and that product is under a lifetime warranty) On March 5, I emailed Roberto regarding the repairs we discussed and a few additional issues that were discovered once Spring rain had begun He put put me off for almost months Many excuses including they were behind on installs due to adverse weather that they needed to do I guess my repair order from December wasn’t as important as making money on new jobsAdverse weather? Was degree weather and snow not adverse when he insisted on doing my job? All he kept saying is they’d schedule it ASAPClearly he does not know what that means Emailed multiple times since then and just kept putting me off He already had my moneyAgain, I could go on with more detailsFast forward to now Roberto finally emailed me and said they’d come on the following Tuesday or Wednesday (it’s now the end of May...six months after the job was done)I told him Tuesday, as Wednesday would not work for meMonday, May he emailed me and said repairs are scheduled for Wednesday, May I stated it was not acceptable, as he said Tuesday would workHe then gave me an excuse of not having the right colored screws? HilariousHe said, it’s ok, you don’t need to be thereI beg to differAfter the shoddy work that was done, and after his constant putting me off, I most certainly would want to be thereI want to know that they are repairing everything that needs repaired, and how they are repairing it He said “don’t worry, it will be ok” PatronizingIt’s really not okTuesday, May I received a call from his repairer claiming he was in an accident on his way to my homeRoberto told me he’d be here Monday, June 4, and that they’d wait for me to get home from work to go over what they fixedHe confirmed it twice with me Got home from work, no sign of anyoneTexted him, he said the guy was on his wayHe shows up with his girlfriend and some other guy, and says it was his fault, that he got the wrong day but promised he would definitely be back Wednesday, June 6thShows up at 7:in the eveningThey do the work which included installing new downspouts due to leaking from the December job when they weren’t reinstalled correctlyAnd tried a fix on the leaking roofI wake up Sunday morning to rain and water pouring from the downspouts and still from the roof I sent him pictures and videoSays we’re scheduled for yet another repair on Friday June 15thGet home to find Roberto’s contractor with another guy, and his girlfriend?? They “fix” the downspout, run water through it to test it, and guess what? Still leakingAnd didn’t acknowledge the ongoing roof leak...said he didn’t know about that although I sent pictures He wants to fix it with tapeKidding, right? And I’ve not heard a word from RobertoThere are so many more detailsI cannot recommend this companyThey are a jokeUnprofessionalThey will be most responsive to get your business, but after that if you need repairs, they will notThey hire unskilled workers and cut cornersTheir prices are also highWhen he comes to pitch you the job, he’ll quote you a price that’s high, then he’ll say he can give you a discount, which is still highA friend just got the same job done, same size project, similar materials, etc, and paid less than half of what I paid, and the work is flawlessOne of the workers asked what I paid and laughed in disbeliefI hired him because I liked him My badHe will call and ask you to leave him good reviews which I did, unfortunately Notice how many of his reviews on various sites were posted at the same time as a result of his callsYou shouldn’t have to ask for reviews And I sent him a copy of this review and told him I really didn’t want to post it...but he clearly doesn’t care, so here it isI will be contacting the company for the warranted patio cover that’s leaking (whom Roberto was supposed to consult with on the repair and didn’t) and will tell them that I will not recommend their product if he is their only installer in my areaIf I have to call another contractor to fix the work I will also take legal action against him for what I end up paying for those repairsMy only recommendation is to stay away

My glass awning that was installed by Homepro in 2016 is wonderful. My family and I get pleasure enjoying the patio and looking up to see the clouds and evening sky.

The enclosure was made by very professional and polite craftsmen. The materials that were used were of the best quality and enhance the appearance of our house. We have received many compliments on the structure and will enjoy spending more time (both summer and winter) on our newly enclosed porch.

HomePro Depot and their crew did a fantastic job, they had a genuine interest into doing everything they promise, I would recommend them highly to anyone that would want a great product with and absolute fair price. These company is the real deal 100%

HAD A SOLARIUM AWNING INSTALLED AND IT HAS INCREASED MY LIVING SPACE AND IS UNIQUE IN APPEARANCE AND I JUST MADE THE BEST CHOICE

I made the appointment and they were here in a couple of days to complete the project. Very professional company.

Had a electronic pergola roof installed,works just as I hoped it would. Also had siding installed, perfect. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend Roberto and Co. to anyone. Very pleased. Numero Uno!!!

I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and workmanship with the patio roof I had installed. The crew worked diligently and did a great job. Roberto the owner was great. When he came out to give an estimate he was well prepared. He gave a thorough explanation of the materials and the entire process from start to finish. He gave us various price points for the options we were considering. Roberto ordered the materials and got the work permits from the borough right away. I love my enclosure. I get so many compliments. The sunroom is a perfect match to the rest of the house. His team was very professional and answered any questions that I had. The Home Pro Depot office called and gave me updates concerning the weather and to see how the installation was coming. I appreciated that and that let me know they appreciated my business and was taking the work seriously. I would recommend Home Pro Depot to anyone.
