Thank you for this opportunity to respond to the concerns of ** [redacted] We take very seriously our gaol to provide excellent service We offer this explanation along with a check for $that was sent in the mail to ** [redacted] on 7/10/ The envelope in which the check was enclosed also included a Statement of Reasons that he requested Please note that we are unable to provide more detailed information to the Revdex.com regarding what occurred between ** [redacted] and HomePromise Corporation because of strict privacy guidelines that we must adhere to in compliance with applicable statutes However, a memeber of our management spoke with ** [redacted] in April and offered to refund the $appraisal fee to ** [redacted] in order to resolve his concerns but he refused our offer at that time We are now pleased to provide the refund to ** [redacted] at this time since he has now expressed an interest in receiving it Furthermore, the Statement of Reasons that he has requested was also sent to him in April and we are happy to send it again as we did on 7/10/

Review: Applied for a home VA loan and was subjected to filling out all paper work and before loan was verified company charged for a home evaluation, cost $425.00. Customer service representative ([redacted]) demanded in several e-mails we signed papers that had fraudulent information. Because of not wanting to have improper and fraudulent information, loan was refused. No refund of Home Evaluation charges. Wrote for credit information loan refusal was based on and no information forwarded to us.Desired Settlement: Refund Cash and do not ask for fraudulent information. QUIT doing VA LOANS. Not good business people! Forward all credit information found or discovered.
