Review: en el ano 2006 me dieron dos prestamos para la compra de un apartamento ubicado en 15655 sw 82 crln Miami fl 33193, en el 2010 perdi mi empleo y perdi la propiedad en foreclosure. en mi reporte de credito los saldos estan en cero,pero me refleja 23 pagos pendientes del segundo prestamo. yo llame en una ocacion y me dijeron que mis cuentas estan en cero. pero esa informacion de los 23 pagos atrazados sigue reflejandose en mi reporte de credito negativamente. por favor borrar esa informacion y mandarme una copia por escrito a mi correo electronico que es [email protected],lo antes posible, gracias.Desired Settlement: por favor retirar la informacion negativa del Buro de credito y enviarme una notificacion via e-mail.

Review: We had a loan through HomEq Services. Shows delinquent on credit score. Need of credit scores or find who loan is through ASAP.

On credit report, it says HomEq #XXXXXXXXXXXX, deliquent, Conv Real Estate.Desired Settlement: We are hoping to solve this issue so that we are able to purchase a home. The home has been sold back to county due to late property taxes which we not paid due to the fact that the mortgage was not paid. Tried short sale but HomEq refused and then they went bankrupt and new mortgage servicer was never supplied by HomEq. Nobody to send money to. Loan shows on credit report still under HomEq and no new mortgage servicer.
