Bottom Line Up Front- Property manager and owner of Homequest, kept the renter's deposit, did not forward rental application to assist in damage and eviction proceedings, and put a felon in my rental home. I am left trying to manage this situation from out of state with damages over $4000. I had to hire a lawyer to assist in the eviction for $1500. The tenant fortunately abandoned the home leaving the home with paint in the driveway, cigarette burns in the jacuzzi tub, and all walls needed paint.This has been a horrible situation and I would not wish this on any other military members or civilians who trust their home to Homequest LLC in OKC.
