We had a problem with the above member She did not agree with our cancellation procedures and did not follow them correctly When we center to collections she started slandering her company on every social media outpost she could including this the Revdex.comOur lawyer has sent her a cease-and-desist and if she continues to slander our company we will be taking legal action As far as the original complaint, the member requested to cancel her membership through emailWe advise the member that she would need to submit a written request to cancel by certified mail or in person at the locationShe didn't either and her account went to collections Our contract that she signed very clearly spells out our cancellation procedure and she did not follow itShe is mad that we did not refund her money when she did not cancel in accordance to the contract that she signedShe's written Horrible reviews on different social media sites she solicited her friends to write horrible reviews on several social media sites and I stated before our lawyer has sent her a cease-and-desist and has kindly asked her to remove her untrue reviews and slanderous comments
