Unfortunately, I do not know why, when or who filed this complaint. I interviewed my only employee and he expressed no knowledge of this incident. Whoever filed it did not inform anyone at the store about his/her concerns. I always treat my customers with respect and dignity. I truly regret...

that someone felt the need a file a complaint against my business. I hope it never happens again.

Review: On Saturday June [redacted] I purchased an item from this store & unfortunately I didn't notice until after that I was cheated $10 & also I was never given a receipt which is the businesses fault for situations like mine. I went back to the store twice explaining my situation. The first time was the day after the purchase, Sunday June [redacted] & the man who sold me the item was currently not there so I was told to come back again to speak to the right person. I came back today Tuesday, June ** & the man who sold me the item was there, I explained my situation & he did nothing about the issue & nothing about him being accounted for not giving me a receipt for my item. I also noticed on this day I came back, a woman purchasing an item was not given a receipt either. I never heard of any type of business not giving out receipts for purchased items.Desired Settlement: I would greatly like my correct change back & also this business needs to be aware that they are required to give out receipts to customers. How is someone supposed to know what they are purchasing or purchased if they are not given an receipt? And especially to avoid incidents like mine.
