Vehicle smoking, service department can't find issue and FORD is no help Took the vehicle in for smoke from the rear the end of MayThey were able to replicate the issue after it sitting over night Vehicle has been in the shop for weeks now and all we are told is they keep running test and reporting back to ford But there is no plan to fix the vehicle as of this complaint As owners, we have personally contacted ford to try an escalate the issue only to be given a ticket number and told it would take another hours for someone to call us back

On Jan 31, I purchased a Ford Fusion from my local dealership in Millington TnJust before Thanksgiving I had several check engine lights come on the vehicle, I immediately took the car to the dealership and they kept it for a few hours did the recalls and gave it back to me saying nothing is wrongI drove it off the lot and brought it strait back because it still had a problemThey kept it for a few more hours and then told me there was no oil in the engineI then told the manager I do my own oil changes, he then said that's going to be a problem because I need documented proofI gave the dealership receipts where I purchased the filters and statements from people that saw me changing the oilWhy would I buy filters and not do oil changes? Today I couldn't start my truckI went under the hood to find that my six-month old batteries (from ***) had been replaced with two dirty, and obviously not good, batteries from a company have never purchased a battery from (Interstate)!
I called these "fine" people and all they would say is that they don't have people "that would do something like that."
