We are very sorry to hear about this We have sent out our service tech's multiple times to address this We have not heard back from you and assumed we addressed the issue The roof that you opted to go with is a rolled roof and is the cheapest option that we offer for flat roofs Any workmanship that is not correct is covered under our warranties If your roof is sloped incorrectly due to the house settling or other reasons, that could cause standing water or the water to run the wrong way Resloping the roof is not usually needed and is above and beyond the scope of work provided in your contract We have tried to call you multiple times regarding this and are not able to reach you We are willing to install a new [redacted] roof on the problem area at our cost This option is a better option than the rolled roofing This should remedy any leaking We value your business and it is our goal to keep every client happy Please call us at the office at your earliest convenience and we will continue to attempt to reach you to get this scheduled asap

We determined that we could not perform the work up to our professional standards (also the cost of materials ie, lumber has gone up considerably), and we opted to cancel the agreement, notify the customer, and return any payments made

We will schedule a service call to install step flashing as needed on the roof.  We will bill for the material and time to install the step flashing but if any shingles need removed or replaced we will not bill for those.  Since this was not included in the original contract we will only...

solar PV Systems.  We cannot guarantee the exact output of any system.  We have sent our installers down to move the panels as per the customer’s request so that has been done.  Also as for the comment about the micro inverters: A system using micro inverters would cost more than a system using a string inverter so the sale price would change for a Solar PV System using micro inverters. As for the Solar credits.  We use historical data to calculate the value of each SREC.  We have control whether the SREC’s go up or down.  That is a function of the market. Lastly we are working with the customer in replacing their roof to help them recoup some of their claimed losses.  We are not obligated in any way to do this. Please update the complaint accordingly.

I apologize in the late response. I was in a bad car accident in July that required surgery and am nowgetting back into the swing of things. The step flashing was not included in the original iciope of workhowever in order to keep the customer happy we are issuing a check for $350.00. l will doing thistoday. 8/11/17
