I have paperwork and email from my bank saying they researched this "alleged" refund and it was never received. If you noticed, they said "refunds" before because they never processed the original refund and then they said they would give me 15% and when I complained they said 50% which I accepted but I never received anything from this company. Review: I went to the website for information of a property. I did not want to subscribe for monthly reports then it offered a single report for $1.00 saying nothing about it subscribing. Now I get my credit statement and there are two Charges on it for $20.19. I called them about it and the only refund they would offer me was 50% of the final charge. Even then I had to get an attitude with the person who answered the phone.

Review: The website stated that I can obtain the information about a house that I was looking at for a one time fee of a $1.00. When I checked my bank account I found that a fee of $.99 was charged and another fee of $19.99 without my permission or for purchasing anything was charged to my account. I contacted the number but only received a google voice mail recording. I found this suspicious that they advertised to be a professional company with a google voicemail. I did a search online about this company on [redacted] and found that other people have experience the same over chartering and the practice of charging peoples account every month for services that are not wanted or authorized. Because they do not use a reoccurring method but just simple used the stored card information to charge individuals every month then the Bank is unable to block this individual and you have to dispute the charges or cancel your card and get another. I think that this is a fraud and online scam that takes advantage of the loop hole that banks can't just block merchants from charging your account. This individual has to ability to charge individual and without their permission multiple times when they advertise that if you select a one time use you only get charged once for a dollar. I believe that this so called company should be looked at closely. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I already contacted my card company and shut down my card. I believe that this individual should answer for his fraudulent practice and the scam that he or she is a part of.

Review: On October 2nd, 2015, I purchased a report for $.99 from this company. They then proceeded to bill me $19.99 for a membership fee. I immediately called and cancelled and was told a refund was processed and would take 3-5 days. I never received. My bank checked for over an hour, again never received. I contacted them on multiple occasions and was told it was refunded. On November 10, 2015, I was told it was never refunded and that I would now receive a 15% courtesy refund according to their policy. I said that was not fair and they said they would refund me 50% and that I would receive in 3-5 days. It has now been 7 days and I still have not received a refund. The total time I have waited for this refund is now 6 weeks and counting.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund of $19.99. I have call records and emails from this company to prove that I have contacted them on multiple occasions for a resolution.
