She WAS challenge with the month contract we offeredOur website does not now nor has it EVER stated a contract option or pricingShe spent hours and minutes inside our club, with only my manager, trying to make a decisionShe chose NOT to join at that timeTwo days later she decided she did want to sign the contractAt the time of signing she asked if she was able to cancel at any timeNo one isAnd she was explained, in detail that cancellation would result in full payment of the contract regardless of the cancellation timeThis is also written on the contract, which she explained to me she DID read on no less than two occasionsShe complained the first time she worked out about availability of legs machines, although she was NOT doing a leg workoutShe did an upper body workoutShe acted over dramatic and was rude to me and my manager in our officeWhen I asked her if she planned to do legs she stated "Well, no! But what if I wanted to do legs?" She was complaining about an issue that wasn't even relevantI took twenty minutes to show her additional equipment that she was able to use for a leg workoutShe was THRILLED and happyShe worked out another day and complimented my service to my husband and co-ownerExplaining how grateful she was that I took the time to show her the equipment and give her a heads up on our busiest timesThe next time she came into the gym she changed and took ten steps onto the gym floor before she decided to get loud and belligerent in front of me, my manager and six membersShe complained that she wasn't able to get on the "right" benchesAll of our benches are identicalAnd if she had actually taken two minutes to look a bit further in the gym she would have seen the bench she requested was, in fact, availableThese other members, who witnessed her fit, have already made documented complaints against her and her outburstsShe DEMANDED we cancel her contractI called her later that evening and stated the facts: If she cancelled her contract I contractually and legally had the right to charge her for her ENTIRE contract PLUS $She screamed at me on the phone called me names, threatened me and then hung up on meAfter speaking to my husband and manager, we decided that having her disrupt our members was not conducive to a pleasant gym experienceI called her back and explained that I could charge her in full but really we wanted to sever ties and I was ONLY charging $for breaking a legal and signed contractTwo day later she brought in her key fob and rudely demanded her $backMy manager had to ask her to stop being aggressive and rude to him, as he has provided her with top notch serviceShe apologizedI called her that evening to explain the $charge was not for her key fob but the charge for breaking the contractShe, again, screamed, insulted and threatenedShe asked me if that was the ONLY AND FINAL charge, to which I confirmedThere has NEVER been a $charge to her accountI guarantee she cannot show a charge to her account for $because it was never doneShe has been banned from our facilityHer aggression towards me and my manager compounded with other member complaints against her are the reason for her banWe have video footage of every episode she has had here at the gym, as we have thirteen cameras for client protectionShe has been asked repeatedly to stop harassing my manager and me*** ***
