After researching our [redacted] Seller account, we found no registered complaint or request for replacement or refund from said complainant. However, on Tuesday, May 27th, we did in fact send a replacement package with an accompanying letter to the customer we assumed was the complainant. Two days later we received a letter from the Revdex.com with notice of the same complaint and confirmation that it was in fact the same customer. The product had already been replaced and we have had no further response from said customer since.
