John has been to our home many times for various projects, and I canât recommend him highly enough. He is professional, knowledgeable, on-time (!), and competitively priced.
Some of the projects he has done for us: He ran wiring and cable throughout our home for our audio/visual system - this required several trips to the attic and under the house, and many new outlets; installed two ceiling fans, a whole-house surge protector, and multiple outlets in the garage to meet my husbandâs man-cave electrical requirements.
He arrived on time and cleaned up after each day. He was always very polite and patient with our questions and changes to the original work order, (including changing a ceiling fan three times!), and has a wide knowledge base that allowed him to make several useful suggestions for our various projects.
My husband and I had recently moved to Reno and did not know any contractors or service providers in the area. We feel extraordinarily lucky to have found John with our first phone call.

We puchased granite for my mother-in-law's new house. The price of the Granite was good but the service was terrible. The first day the workers came out both had been hired the day before and one had never installed granite before. So the first day was a education day for one of the workers and not much got done. The second day the one experienced guy showed up alone and worked until about 9pm. The 3rd and 4th day no one showed up. The 5th day two different men showed up and finished that evening. One of the corners was not cut correctly so there was a big gap that was simply filled with caulk (looked terrible). The edges the second crew finished were jagged and not finished and the seams were not completely smooth. The kitchen sink and one of the bathroom sinks have since detached and fallen down. We have called the owner several times and he keeps saying he will come out the next day but never shows up or calls. I would never recommend this company, no matter how much cheaper his prices may be!
