We puchased granite for my mother-in-law's new houseThe price of the Granite was good but the service was terribleThe first day the workers came out both had been hired the day before and one had never installed granite beforeSo the first day was a education day for one of the workers and not much got doneThe second day the one experienced guy showed up alone and worked until about 9pmThe 3rd and 4th day no one showed upThe 5th day two different men showed up and finished that eveningOne of the corners was not cut correctly so there was a big gap that was simply filled with caulk (looked terrible)The edges the second crew finished were jagged and not finished and the seams were not completely smoothThe kitchen sink and one of the bathroom sinks have since detached and fallen downWe have called the owner several times and he keeps saying he will come out the next day but never shows up or callsI would never recommend this company, no matter how much cheaper his prices may be!
John has been to our home many times for various projects, and I canâ t recommend him highly enough He is professional, knowledgeable, on-time (!), and competitively priced Some of the projects he has done for us: He ran wiring and cable throughout our home for our audio/visual system - this required several trips to the attic and under the house, and many new outlets; installed two ceiling fans, a whole-house surge protector, and multiple outlets in the garage to meet my husbandâ s man-cave electrical requirements He arrived on time and cleaned up after each day He was always very polite and patient with our questions and changes to the original work order, (including changing a ceiling fan three times!), and has a wide knowledge base that allowed him to make several useful suggestions for our various projects My husband and I had recently moved to Reno and did not know any contractors or service providers in the area We feel extraordinarily lucky to have found John with our first phone call John also supports our military by offering a military discount â thank you!
