We have spoken to Mr*** about the drainage problem and have set a time to meet with him on 6-4-at PM to review the problem and come up with a solution

At this time, we have confirmed that all issues have been resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  A plug was found within the drain at the T of the piping from the plaster work that was completed.  This was causing the main drain to be plugged.  As of 7/25/17, no other open items remain.  Overall completion from dig took approximately 10 months which is well below the expectation, but all items are complete (initial dig date 9/15/16).ThanksKyle Kaufman

After receiving this feedback, we have attempted to contact the customer to schedule an inspection. We have been unable to reach the customer so far, however, we look forward to working with them to better understand their concerns and to try to find a positive resolution.

We have spoken to [redacted] and are working through the issues listed. The pool equipment and plumbing are not substandard and installed in correctly. The plumbing and equipment are all high quality and are working properly and installed properly. There is a way to drain the pool provided with...

the installation of this pool, the owner would just like it to be faster and he would like the equipment to be used remotely, we have given prices on the equipment necessary to the customer to accomplish this.

We remain committed to finding a positive resolution to this customer's concerns. We are still working with them to try to identify next steps to satisfy the concerns about their deck. We have identified next steps to address their plaster concerns and we will be following up with the customer this week regarding timing.

After receiving this feedback, we have located the customer's account and are working with them to schedule next steps in an effort to resolve their concerns.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.   Sent: Friday, September 02, 2016 12:55 PM Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #[redacted]This case is not resolved as I continue to struggle (almost hopelessly) with this company.  We still have a leak on our pool; the last email that we received from them was on 8/25/16 saying they had spoken with someone to come look at it and they would follow up, but no further follow up.  This is what is so aggravating about these people, it's the exact same situation each and every time.  They say they will show up or call, and nothing happens.  Two weeks later we ask for a status and they go about the same story, and we fall in the same loop hole. This has been going on since March!  Totally ridiculous! Something has to be done.

Anthony Sylvan has promised to have someone come and address the stain issues from the mortar bleeding into pool. Addressing the deck issue is going to be addressed,hopefully in future???? They are consulting with Anthony Sylvan V.P. Remains to be seen how this issue will be resolved. We did agree the deck isn't level with back porch as was stated in contract.
