We have spoken to [redacted] and are working through the issues listedThe pool equipment and plumbing are not substandard and installed in correctlyThe plumbing and equipment are all high quality and are working properly and installed properlyThere is a way to drain the pool provided with the installation of this pool, the owner would just like it to be faster and he would like the equipment to be used remotely, we have given prices on the equipment necessary to the customer to accomplish this
We remain committed to finding a positive resolution to this customer's concernsWe are still working with them to try to identify next steps to satisfy the concerns about their deckWe have identified next steps to address their plaster concerns and we will be following up with the customer this week regarding timing
