Complaint[redacted] Soffit above front door has been leaking water during thawing periods, as this is the first winter in the house problem wasnt noticed until November 2014 when first email to homes by dream was sent. In January 2015 a service call was made where problem was said to have been fixed. with the thawing in march problem was once again noticed. no reply to phone calls has been given by home by [redacted] service department as of March 7 2015.Desired SettlementProblem to be fixed and all damage fix as a result of the water damage.
