The cabinets the customer ordered are manufactured from one of the largest manufactures in the United States They do not sell used cabinets nor does Wholesale Window & door sell used cabinets The day we installed the cabinets the customer was satisfied with them The next day he called with these complaints We offered to have the manufacturers rep and Wholesale Window's manager to go out to the jobsite with the customer to inspect them We told them if there was anything wrong with the cabinets we would do what it takes to make it right He would not let us come out unless we would replace them with an all wood box We had a signed contract for the cabinets he purchased The manufacture does not even make an all wood boxSharon J***Wholesale Window & Door Inc.PH# ###-###-####FX# ###-###-####
