After receiving an email from Ms [redacted] on 10/26/regarding the issue with her pool, she was immediately contacted by our VP of Operations to discuss in further detailUpon review of the information and images, it has been determined that the issue is a result of improper bonding of the pool by the electrical sub-contractor at the time of install that resulted in an electrolysis problem that caused surface damage to the inside of the poolWhile this issue was not a result of any manufacturing defects by Radiant Pools, nor any action by our dealer, [redacted] Pools, Radiant Pools has agreed to replace the pool for themThis resolution has been agreed to by Ms [redacted] and the pool has already shipped from our facility to our dealer for pickupAt this time, we feel the issue has been resolved to the satisfaction of all involved
