complaint:The customers contracted with us 06/04/to clear agricultural land that had become overgrown and unproductiveOur company moved our land clearing equipment on site during the latter part of July 2015and began work immediatelyWe removed above ground vegetation up to and including many mature treesAugust 12th we brought in the next phase of equipment to process and remove the cut woody materialDuring August 13th and 14th we processed tons of woody material which required semi loads to remove off site.During these operations we damaged one drainage culvert within the property; we partially damaged fence gate post and fenceWe acknowledge these damages and intend to make repairsThe conditions that determined we halt operations was an excessive amount of rain that made it unable for us to operate without doing irreparable damage to the soilThe soil damage that was done before operations ceased will need to be addressed, at a substantial cost to usOur intention at that time was to resume operations when conditions warranted or frozen conditions occurredThat resumption of operations did not occur and the reasons for this are now under internal review so as to not happen in the futureWe did have phone, voicemail and personal contact with the ***s on 03/24/2016, 04/29/2016, 05/19/2016, 05/12/and 05/26/2016Our steps to resolving the aforementioned deficiencies:1) We staged a piece of equipment on site 06/13/so as to be ready to move brush piles when conditions permit.2) When the downed woody material is moved up to the staging area, we will bring in the equipment and trucks to process and haul the material- this will be weather dependent and will require drier conditions that we currently have.3) We would like Mr*** to mark or somehow delineate the culvert to be repaired.4) We would like Mr*** to indicate the fence and gate post to be repaired.5) We would like Mr*** to delineate or outline the soil damage (ruts) to be repaired.These repairs will be made by Precision and we can meet with Mr*** at his convenience to coordinate the repairs and to ensure the repairs are to his satisfaction.Mrand Mrs*** are wonderful people and we at PLT regret having the situation get this far without resolutionPlease keep in mind we operate at the whims of weather, markets for our products, and a multitude of other factorsWe are working internally to come up with strategies that will minimize these factors in the future.Precision Landscape and Tree Inc.** *** *** ***Little Canada, MN 55117###-###-####
