I am writing in regards to a concern submitted to your officeThe customer's statement is fraudulent and untrueOur office does not collect a copay from all patientsOur office policy is to produce refund checks approximately every daysThis customer had an outstanding balance due to
our office by another family member which she made payments on over a nine month periodThe date of service for this patient was from January Once that bill was paid we set up refunds for her other family membersWhen we advised this customer of our policy she screamed, cursed and threatened my office staff and myselfThis was the only reason the customer was advised not to call our office again

r.I have evidence that what they are saying is untrue. I have copies of my insurance claims and the copies of the refund checks they sent me, everything dated. I only told them I would contact the Revdex.com because of their practices. If that's what they consider threatened, it's not true. I never cursed at them. I work in customer service and understand how service workers should be treated. One of the copays happened in January 2015. That was never refunded until I complained, which is definitely not 30 days. They told me it would take 30-90 days to refund. That was upsetting since they knew they owed me a refund and they sat on it, getting offended when I asked for my money back. I am sure they are doing this to other patients. ]
