I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [First of all, I should say that the Broker sent me the rate confirmation around 4:P.MEastern Time and I was Mile away from the shipper which [redacted] (JTCI agent) knew thatSo it takes around to hours via US Road to finish this routThus it was impossible that I could be there by P.M Second, per the broker’s word, when I got there, the costumer did not have enough Product, and they was not be able to take the product under the ground because of the rainy weather, the shipper who had proofed that they gave me a wrong Load PO#, told me they could not make the product ready at least until next hoursAfter that the costumer rejected the truckI was waiting there till next morningso I did not cancel the load At the end, I have not heard anything from broker based on offering me $150, if they said so; I will get it and will end up with this claim.] Regards, [redacted] ***

Conversation with the booking Agent: *** ***
On June 2014, l *** *** an agent with JTCl Brokerage Booked a load with *** *** of
*** Transport he stated he would do the load and be there by 6pm eastern time to pick up, he did
not arrive there until 8pm eastern time the
customer held there employees there specifically for his
truckAfter he arrived the customer did not have enough product for the load, he called me very upset
demanding $for truck order not used or the same to layover the customer offered him $to
layover and he refusedAfter explaining to him the best the customer and we could do was $to
layover he got very loud and started cursing and would not let me speak, I referred him to call my boss
Conversation with the office Manager: *** ***
June 24th 2014-After *** *** spoke with my agent, he gave me a call about P.Mand let me
know what was going on with the loadI tried to explain to him that the $is all we could offer him
on this load for a layover he then told me that he was talking and that it would be his way or he would
not be doing the loadI tried to explain once again that we don't offer Layover, Detention, or TONU on
any produce loadsHe would not let me speak and once again told me he was not going to be doing the
load if we didn't pay the $he was requestingHe then when on to say that he was going to
destroy this company if what he was requesting was not granted and was being very hostileI tried one
more time and still could not get a word in, and I told him that I was ending the call
Explanation of the Load:
Thís load was booked with my agent and we have a signed rate confirmation form the Carrier, on the
confirmation it states that there is no detention, layover, or TONU paid on any produce loads***
Transport was going have to layover till the next morning due to the product not being completed in
order to be loaded, because our Customer thought they had picked enough of the or the correct
product which they hadn't, and this was the main reason the layover was being offeredJTCI Brokerage,
LLC, does not owe this Carrier any amount due to it not coming to agreement with this load at the time
in which he offer was placedOnce again, this is a produce load, and the Carrier fell off of this load

[First of all, I should say that the Broker sent me the rate confirmation around 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time and I was 240 Mile away from the shipper which [redacted] (JTCI agent) knew that. So it takes around 4 to 5 hours via US Road to finish this rout. Thus it was impossible that I could be there by 6 P.M.
Second, per the broker’s word, when I got there, the costumer did not have enough Product, and they was not be able to take the product under the ground because of the rainy weather, the shipper who had proofed that they gave me a wrong Load PO#, told me they could not make the product ready at least until next 48 hours. After that the costumer rejected the truck. I was waiting there till next morning. so I did not cancel the load.
At the end, I have not heard anything from broker based on offering me $150, if they said so; I will get it and will end up with this claim.]
