It's hard to know where to start with thisThis appears to be a complaint on the same issues that [redacted] Husband complained about last week in a separate complaint through the Revdex.comThe person who approached [redacted] ( [redacted] husband) at her work was not an employee of mineShe was not in my employ, had not been for sometime at the time of the incident [redacted] describes an "attack." The definition of an attack would suggest a "physical aggression with weapons or armed force." Surely I was not there when the conversation took place but based on [redacted] description in his earlier emails to me about what happened there was a discussion that took place about the service that [redacted] gave during their interactionThere was no physical contact or aggression that appears to have taken place at this meeting according to [redacted] accounting or the by standers observationThis altercation obviously wasn't an "attack" if it had been then an incident report would have been completed between [redacted] and his employer, perhaps a police report would have been completedNone of this happenedI suspect there was a conversation that took place by a past employee of mine and [redacted] that he wishes had not taken placeI understandI believe I have already apologizedI'm not sure that a "Public apology" is warrantedI can't control the actions of an off duty employee let alone a past employeeThe information was kept internallyThis information was not inappropriately sharedThe info was kept within the organization as we offered it would beIf we had publicized this info I would accept a claim that we had "breached" confidentiality of the agreementThe complaint was about [redacted] performanceWe shared that with [redacted] supervisor and [redacted] was in turn coached about the complaint that [redacted] and [redacted] raised when they completed their surveyThis was addressed in a conversation between the supervisor and [redacted] exclusivelyI don't see how that is an irresponsible way to do businessShortly after this coaching session [redacted] employment with our company endedWhen she had this discussion with [redacted] it was WEEKS AFTER she was terminated.I've explained this to [redacted] alreadyIn summary the customer has requested and our formal response is:A written apology-I am sorry that a past employee approached you about your dealings with herI certainly regret that this happenedI cannot however take responsibility for a person's actions particularly one who is not an employee of mineIn regards to the gift cardThese are processed on a regular basisI'm sure your gift card just hasn't been sent yet but we will send it as promisedIn regards to a public promise to other residents regarding their privacy- I would say that we have not violated anyone's privacy and we will not be in a position to make a public promise to do so as it would be uncustomary and inappropriate as no privacy violation had ever taken placeThe only public forum involving this matter will have been this complaint should it be publicized and any other method the customer/buyer has used to spread their concerns. For the record I have not sold my company and am not currently negotiating or planing to do so eitherI fail to see how any such transaction could or would have been applicable in any eventFor the record also it is a form of slander to make a statement about a person or company that may damage their reputationTo say that an attack took place when what actually occurred was a conversation in low tones does not constitute an attack but does however define slander

It's hard to know where to start with this. This appears to be a complaint on the same issues that [redacted] Husband complained about last week in a separate complaint through the Revdex.com. The person who approached [redacted] ([redacted] husband) at her work was not an employee of mine. She was not in my employ,...

had not been for sometime at the time of the incident. [redacted] describes an "attack." The definition of an attack would suggest a "physical aggression with weapons or armed force." Surely I was not there when the conversation took place but based on [redacted] description in his earlier emails to me about what happened there was a discussion that took place about the service that [redacted] gave during their interaction. There was no physical contact or aggression that appears to have taken place at this meeting according to [redacted] accounting or the by standers observation. This altercation obviously wasn't an "attack" if it had been then an incident report would have been completed between [redacted] and his employer, perhaps a police report would have been completed. None of this happened. I suspect there was a conversation that took place by a past employee of mine and [redacted] that he wishes had not taken place. I understand. I believe I have already apologized. I'm not sure that a "Public apology" is warranted. I can't control the actions of an off duty employee let alone a past employee. The information was kept internally. This information was not inappropriately shared. The info was kept within the organization as we offered it would be. If we had publicized this info I would accept a claim that we had "breached" confidentiality of the agreement. The complaint was about [redacted] performance. We shared that with [redacted] supervisor and [redacted] was in turn coached about the complaint that [redacted] and [redacted] raised when they completed their survey. This was addressed in a conversation between the supervisor and [redacted] exclusively. I don't see how that is an irresponsible way to do business. Shortly after this coaching session [redacted] employment with our company ended. When she had this discussion with [redacted] it was WEEKS AFTER she was terminated.I've explained this to [redacted] already. In summary the customer has requested and our formal response is:A written apology-I am sorry that a past employee approached you about your dealings with her. I certainly regret that this happened. I cannot however take responsibility for a person's actions particularly one who is not an employee of mine. In regards to the gift card. These are processed on a regular basis. I'm sure your gift card just hasn't been sent yet but we will send it as promised. In regards to a public promise to other residents regarding their privacy- I would say that we have not violated anyone's privacy and we will not be in a position to make a public promise to do so as it would be uncustomary and inappropriate as no privacy violation had ever taken place. The only public forum involving this matter will have been this complaint should it be publicized and any other method the customer/buyer has used to spread their concerns. For the record I have not sold my company and am not currently negotiating or planing to do so either. I fail to see how any such transaction could or would have been applicable in any event. For the record also it is a form of slander to make a false statement about a person or company that may damage their reputation. To say that an attack took place when what actually occurred was a conversation in low tones does not constitute an attack but does however define slander.
