I am rejecting this response because:The photos sent in this response to my initial
complaint are clear indicators that I am not responsible for the damages that Homes on the Range Property Management claim I am responsible for The photos show a door with no screen door The door was taken off by myself because it needed to be replaced The door latch stopped latching and was beggining to whip open on windy days and became dangerous It is simple quality control that the landlord did not meet On to the picture of the deck I see a rotten base board on the railing A railing is meant to be held while walking up and down the stairs A rotten board would cause it to lean like it is in the picture Again quality control that was not met by the landlord The landlord knew of both of these but refused to meet our needs and fix them I am not responsible for any of these repairs
