Regarding complaint # ***: Statement of facts The person complaining is not Mr*** ** *** The complainant is Ms***, Mr *** sons girlfriend Every statement in this complaint is a falsehood, other than Mr*** did buy a
manufactured home from Homes Plus I will respond to each statement individually and completely We have responded to everyone of Ms***s phone calls and concerns since day one of the buying process; including ordering, building, delivery, and set up of this home My salesperson, *** *** has been very attentive, responsive , and fair to this customer through the buying and servicing of this customer He spent numerous hours in person, and on the phone, to ascertain that this customers needs were met in a timely manner This customer shopped other dealers, and we gave her the fairest price of anyone else All the options and add-ons was given to this customer at factory cost, with absolutely no mark-up We received service requests before this home was finished being set up Every legitimate complaint was addressed and handled in a timely manner, either by us, or the *** factory The additional check this customer gave us was for changes she made to the home after it was speced at the factory and she was given a quote This was things she had seen on other homes she had looked at, in the buying process Again, these options were priced with no mark up, and incorporated into the home in the building process at the factory The 2" wood blinds was not ordered nor paid for by this customer She did call *** concerning them after the home was delivered, and he showed her where they were not ordered nor paid for by her She was in agreement This home was ordered on 5-1-2014, and set up on 6-27- Which would make the time this customer has had this home, approximately months, not months as she is claiming Even the price this customer, claims she paid for this home is exaggerated Our company has sent a service representative every time this customer has complained of a problemEither from our company the factory, or the A/C company I.Ethis customer complained that her A/C duct work had come loose We sent the representative from *** *** A/C and Heating company He showed *** where her large breed dog had torn the duct work up He repaired it for "No Charge" We heard nothing else from this customer, until she called *** Monday 9-29-14, with a service requestHe reported her problem to the factoryThe factory service crew is at her house as I am typing this response now 10-3- Homes Plus, Inc is a reputable company, that has been in business for years with thousands of satisfied customers We do not misrepresent our product nor "lie" to anyone Therefore, we request this misstatement be retracted from this customers statement

The business is still denying any wrongful action and now are producing lies. I no longer want to argue with this business and hope that this complaint will be public for other families looking to buy a home will know that Homes Plus will not stand behind the product nor their work.
