This man said he was going to save my house from foreclosure instead he scammed me out of my house. He never paid *** yet deeded the house to sell it and leave me with the existing mortgage. The day after paper was signed when I still had over two weeks he came into my house and gutted it. Leaving me with no way to live. He places a man in my home to terrorize me into leaving the man said he gets a bonus for getting me to leave. He stole all my tools my new cellphone my video doorbell my expensive extension cords my video snake for plumbing everything I dont even have a tape measure or screwdriver and I had tons of them. He took advantage of me having a nervous breakdown and he played me like a used car salesman.
Other (requires explanation) I want my house back I want him to never be able to open another business he is a felon and he had two other businesses and two bankruptcy that are probably for these scams he is pulling. I want him put into jail
Ms. was given everything she was promised and she agreed to. She misrepresented the payoff on her home, which changed the numbers by *** She had over an hour to ask questions at the attorneys office. She also was given advances on her proceeds to help her with a couple bills and to move. We never advance funds, reason being people don't use the money properly and if there isn't any money left to give them at closing they stay in the home past the time that was agreed upon. Ms. did just that. She refused to move out. The police were involved and we were forced to evict her. In addition, property that was attached to the home, and was part of the deal, was stolen by Ms.. Over *** in doors alone.
Bottom line is this- we did EVERYTHING we agreed to, and Ms. did not. And finally she has had discussions with one of my employees about burning down the home. I have already contacted the police to protect my interest.
