Review: On August [redacted], 2013 we purchased a [redacted] Kitchen Counter Top in the amount of $4,100.00. We were charged $302.38 sales tax which should have been returned. The capital improvement form was handed directly to [redacted] by our contractor [redacted]. We have made several calls to see when we might be receiving the check and are told they have to speak to the accountant. I called on 12/** and spoke to ** who is a partner he thought the situation was handled already. He gave me his partners name and number [redacted] I was informed he was out till Monday. I left my name and number with the above information. I called ** on December [redacted] to let him know if I did not hear anything from [redacted] by Monday, Dec. [redacted] I would be forced to contact the Better Business Bereau.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of $302.38 refunded to my mothers name [redacted] who paid for the renovations. Thank you.
