This complaint appears to baseless and libelous. I have attached Mr. [redacted]'s contract for reference. The work specified within totally $14841.00 has been completed in full, and all work meets or exceeds industry standards, as well as Mr. [redacted]'s own expectations. See Mr. [redacted]'s Facebook review for...

reference: "the work was great, without a doubt you get what you pay for, great job on the siding and facia. Had some communication issues in between the job and completion, in the future I would recommend that if you wish to change anything after signing the contract, you have an entire contract rewritten out with the company."The issue at hand is additional work, over and above the contract, which includes services that our company does not offer. The extent of Mr. [redacted]'s project included siding replacement, in addition to aluminum cladding on the soffit and fascia. Mr. [redacted] requested that we install duct work in his attic, providing an exhaust connection from his bath exhaust fans to the exterior of the home. This is not a service that we offer for a variety of reasons. After job completion, we sent a technician to the site to assess the situation and perhaps even assess if we could do anything to physically complete the service for him as he stated that the materials would be on site. Upon arrival they were not, and Mr. [redacted] grew angry with our technician who subsequently left rather than engage in any sort of arguing or other behavior that could be deemed unprofessional. Company policy dictates that we assess a $150 trip charge for this incident, however we did not assess that in effort to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. Upon followup, Mr. [redacted] asked that we assist him in finding someone to complete this, acknowledging that it would be an additional cost IF we were able to find another vendor to help. This service was offered as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted]. We then relayed to Mr. [redacted] that his balance of $7420.50 was contractually due as the job had reached substantial completion, and we'd like that balance taken care of without regard to the "match-making" of another vendor for this service, as we may or may not even be able to find someone to help. At this time Mr. [redacted] grew angry and acted belligerent toward our staff, particularly Sara our production manager who had been his primary point of contact. Mr. [redacted] then submitted several negative reviews (and this complaint). In them he requests that someone contact him other than Sara, however, upon being contacted by phone twice by management, Mr. [redacted] stated that he has nothing else to say and we should not contact him. To date, Mr. [redacted] has an overdue balance of $7420.50.We would gladly provide any and all of the paper trail including emails and the like which demonstrate Mr. [redacted]'s belligerent behavior toward our employees, as well as his efforts which could appear as though he is attempting to extort additional services not contracted, and/or money back at this time. Mr. [redacted]'s project was completed on time, on budget, in full, and to a high degree of quality per his own words.

Very professional and clean installation. There were some scheduling hiccups that were handled very well and once those were ironed out everything was very smooth. Highly recommend HomeSealed Exteriors to anyone looking for great quality service and materials at fair pricing.

We have had work done on two different houses using Homesealed. Two roofs, and 12 windows so far. They continue to do a wonderful kobo all of our projects. Highly recommended!

Very good people, felt like I was dealing with family. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to recommend them in the future. Their work is above standard in professionalism and in efficiency.

We've used Homesealed for 3 separate projects: gutters, windows and roofing. Pleased with all of the results!

HomeSealed offered quality products and good advice. They were extremely easy to work with. When the manufacturer made a minor mistake on our patio door, the folks at HomeSealed went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with the resolution. The installation was quick and the crew cleaned up after itself. Also, the total price of the project, which comprised 30 windows, was very fair and there were no overruns or surprises. I highly recommend HomeSealed.

Thank you for your quick quality service! We don't hesitate when it comes to recommending your company because we know you take care of the job with customer satisfaction!

Excellent job, 3 different times. Clean and efficient. Great !

I started my search for windows in the Fall of 2014. A neighbor suggested I give HomeSealed Exteriors a try. I am glad I did. My new windows are scheduled to be installed this month (Feb 2015). The quoting process, pricing, communication, and attention to detail has been spectacular so far. I am looking forward to the install and will report back those details once it takes place. I would definitely do future business with HomeSealed Exteriors and have recommended them to family and friends (which I don't do unless highly satisfied).
