I had a Groupon for Homeservice to clean my couch I left a message on Monday, they called back Tuesday and the service was done Friday I am so happy I was introduced to this company, the service was very good, efficient and professional, and Darryl was the BESTI certainly will try them for other services

Don't buy from this company!!! I called them to come clean my hvac system in my home and they sent a new guy with a leaf blower and a shop vac I called and complained and they sent another guy who had a really dirty shirt on cause he was using it to wipe the vent clean The guy never put anything on his feet and was wearing his shoes on my brand new carpet This company is not professional and I will not recommend them to anyone Don't waste your money My vents are still dirty the guy told me to wipe out the left over dirt with a wet rag

I had services done with themVents cleaning and carpet cleaningFirst time I called I i was scheduled to get both on a saturday, but was called to change it to a Thurs and a monday since they day they made a mistake scheduling.Thurs comes, vent cleaner came in on time and everything was greatSaturday, I had a text that they will be at my house at 10amSo I had to come late to work so I can be home when they cleanAbout 2.h hrs later (after calling their office a few times looking for the tech, the reason given to me was the client before me had too much things that they asked for thats why they are late so they will be mins late, then called again they said mins, then the tech said he was lost) they showed up telling me that they need to charge extra because the carpet is dirty! Duh, thats why im having it cleaned!!! Had a argument with Jason, and told him he forgot to tell me there are additional charges, when I asked him specifically if there's any other charges I need to know before I made the appt and he said know
So Daryl the tech comes in didnt bother to remove his shoes on and told me that he cannot wait for me to decide if I want to pay extra since he is already hrs late!!!!
I ended up paying more just for them to clean my carpetThey did not even over to waive any fees for being hrs lateThey were just gonna leave and not do it
If u can find somebody else to do it, look for somebody else!!!!!
