he wanted to keep showings to a minimum. In order to accommodate, it was suggested that interior photos be taken to ease the amount of people coming through the unit to view. A professional photographer was hired and took pictures of the unit. Unfortunately, some photos that had tenants personal property were uploaded. The listing agent acknowledges the mistake and takes full responsibility for the over-sight. The photos in question have been removed from all known sites. As to the accusation of bribery, we believe this was a mis-interpretation of the listing agents intent. After his various communications with the Mr. [redacted] he learned that he was in the automotive industry and the listing agent was simply trying to give business to tenant, as a professional courtesy. It is always preferable to do business, or refer business, with someone known or is an acquaintance. We pride ourselves in providing professional and ethical services to our clientele. I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] insisted that we take pictures and at no point did I request pics to be taken. Therefore, I had a verbal agreement with [redacted] to keep the pictures on a private website. I never expressed interest in keeping showings to a minimum, the pics were solely to help interested buyers see the property while keeping my belongings safe. Note that the neighbor's side of the duplex does not have any pictures. [redacted] knew that I was unhappy with my belongings being on the internet and instead of taking the pics down, he kept them on the internet. [redacted] claims that this was a mistake, then why were the pics only taken off once the property was sold? [redacted] also suggests that [redacted] was trying to help me with sales as a professional courtesy. This is untrue, at no point did [redacted] try to offer me clients until I expressed my dissatisfaction with him for putting the pics on the internet. In fact, I can provide Revdex.com with the text message proving this. I have attached the text to this response. So, as you see, instead of addressing my concern, he tries to bribe me. At no point does [redacted] take the pics down or acknowledge wrongdoing. In conclusion, [redacted] should not be making excuses for [redacted]'s behavior, it just makes you and Homesmart look more wrong. What I am requiring, is that [redacted] and Homesmart accept responsibility and admit their wrongdoing and to not do this again to others.

Review: I'm renting a house at [redacted] that realtor [redacted] is selling. I didn't want pictures taken of my place and put on the internet for privacy reasons. But, [redacted] assured me that he will only show pics to serious buyer's through a secured site that can only be accessed by him sending them a link. However, I found pics of my possessions on internet sites such as [redacted]. When I texted [redacted] about this issue, he tried to bribe me by bringing clients to me because I sell and buy cars at my job. He broke a verbal contract and in doing so is putting his company at risk for integrity and ethical issues. It is also putting me at risk by showing my possessions on the internet. The place I am renting is not in the safest neighborhood. I have screen shots of the pics that are on [redacted] and have saved the text as a screenshot with him trying to bribe me.Desired Settlement: I want the pics of my place removed from all internet sites and I want his work to punish him for breaking a verbal contract and acting in an unethical and unprofessional manner. I do not want Matt to take advantage of other people. Since he lacks integrity, his work should look into this matter further to ensure that he does not behave this way in the future.
