Your Renters!!!
You have allowed the most awful renters to come and destroy our new neighborhood! Not only do their kids destroy other property, the mother does not even care! 5 of the neighbors have moved out and sold their homes because of this! They destroy the property, throw rocks at the mailboxes and are out late at night egging peoples homes! You should really do a better job of screening your applicants! They just don't care! The police are out here every single week! We will make sure that they know who allowed this in our new neighborhoods! Unbelievable!

Hi Renee, unfortunately it seems you have the wrong owner. Homesmart Realty Advisors does not own any rental property. We are also not property managers. We simply assist people who want to buy or sell homes.

If you give me a call or share the address, I can probably help find the owners of the property so that this can be addressed with the correct person or company.

Thanks!

Hello,At the time of writing this letter, there is an active police investigation under wayWe are cooperating fully with this investigationThere were quite a few Realtors from quite a few different Companies who legally had access to the home to show the property.I’m hoping the detectives can shed light on the truth but all we have at this point is speculationAshley Thomas has told me on multiple occasions that she had nothing to do with this situationShe also mentioned that Alfred never had access to the house via lockbox.I have a working relationship with the homeowner and I am doing everything in my power to figure out what really happened here

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The realtor Ashley T*** did not do show due diligence in securing my home and setting the alarm whenever the house was not being shown. If the alarm had been set there would have been an immediate response from the police district if someone was breaking into my home. The only thing that can help this situation is getting reimbursed for my losses. Ashley T*** and *** *** is fully responsible for the belongings in my home disappearing. As for *** ***, he was being allowed by Ashley T*** to represent HomeSmart Realty Advisors as if he worked for the company. There were times he was given the code to my alarm from Ashley and was in my home. The professionalism and code of ethics for realtors were completely disregarded in this situation, and someone needs to be held accountable. I have spoken with Bill K*** and I appreciate his gestures, but I think he is being completely naïve to this entire situation. I feel he has already made his mind up that Ashley did nothing wrong. The piece that Bill K*** is missing, if Ashley T*** had *** *** presenting himself to a customer as if he was working for the company but he does not have a license, and he was in and out of my home by himself; there is something wrong here.
Regards,
*** ***
