sales rep told her that she could try her system for 90 days this is false
Each of our sales reps are trained to never offer a 90 day trial.
Under North Carolina law as well as our contact (Which we will attached) we offer a three day right to cancel. In our contract it specifically states
"This Unit Is Not Purchased On a Trail Basis"
As Far as Mrs. [redacted] Issue that she only received a copy of the contact on 6/19.
Mrs. [redacted] was emailed a copy of the contact on 4/14/15 to the email address she provided along with acknowledged a copy of the paper work
"I acknowledged that I have received two copies of reading, understanding, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this installation agreement as well as legal binding contact.
Mrs. [redacted] called me on 6/8/15 that she didn't received a copy. I personally hand delivered her a copy on 6/9/15.
As far as Mrs. [redacted] calling me 20 plus times, nothing that he first call 5/5/15 saying that there was no difference in her water (almost 3 weeks later) Our Policy is once we install the system we test the water immediately, to make sure the system in fully functional, Mrs. [redacted] had no Chlorine or Hardness in her water, whereas before the installation of the system her the chlorine was 8+ and Hardness of the scale. Our Systems are installed by a Certified NC Master Plumber with 30 years' experience. Over the course of Mrs. [redacted] Calling 20 plus times I have tested her water over 5 times with the occurring dates below:
4/14/15- Install Date
4/24/15-
5/6/15-
5/20/15-
6/9/15-
I have also sent the Master Plumber to her house twice. Our Plumber tested and found that there were no issues with her system.
We made numerous offers to Mrs. [redacted] to install an Addition Pre-Filter even though there was no evidence of any black carbon in her water.
We have Hundreds of satisfied customers, we have even made numerous attempts upon every time Mrs. [redacted] Contacted we to test her water each and every time finding no issues with her system.
The Plumber even told Mrs. [redacted] that it was Impossible for water to be running through our system and it not work.
Mrs. [redacted] should have been charged $125 per visit from the plumber that was waived by the company. (THERE WERE NO ISSUES ON BOTH ACCOUNTS WITH HER SYSTEM)
We also made contact with the manufacture of our systems in California, because of false claims that her system was working. Mrs. [redacted] also refused to allow myself to see what she claimed to be black carbon in her toilets.
After my water test there was no visible signs in her water of black carbon, and the system was fully functional and working as it has been.
As far as Mrs., [redacted] Statements veered toward myself "[redacted]" and My Company are untrue, malicious and constitute Slander/Liable against my reputation and credibility.
She has been sent a cease and desist letter for making such false claims.
As Far as her statements for being given the run around I myself have bent over backwards going out to her home Five times to test her water only to find the same results each time, showing that the system is fully functional.
I have gone above and beyond what any other company would do for Mrs. [redacted].
As Far as her statement that she has been hospitalized for pre-term labor each time she spoke with a sales rep is completely her responsibility.
As a result I am request that this false and untrue complaint be removed immediately from the Revdex.com's file. It is obvious to me that Mrs. [redacted] has no issues with her water filtration system and she simply does not want to pay for it.
The Bank that did her financing contacted Mrs. [redacted] and they questioned each and every thing on our contracts as well as theirs, so that there was no misunderstanding or confusion that Mrs. [redacted] signed a legal binding contact.
As a result Home Smart Water considers this review to be false and untrue.
We are also emailing you copies of Mrs. [redacted] Legally Binding Contracts showing that she was aware and informed and knew about her three day right to cancel and the system wasn't bought on a trial basis. Which proves that this complaint is completely false and untrue.

Everything I stated was true and is not slander. The company is just a scam and I have proof. It's unfortunate that I fell for the scam.
