Review: Back in November 2013 I hired [redacted]/ Homesmith/ Superior Scapes to undertake a major damage that was caused to my home, due to Hurricane Sandy, Our home was to be completed as per Mr.[redacted] by Christmass, every week the dates changed and since we had already given notice of our intent to move to our previous landlord by 12/31 we had to move out. We ended moving everything into Storage and spending 2 month from DEc 31 - FEb 1 living at an Extended Stay hotel, having our kids live in this situation was really hard but we kept the hope of moving to our home and continued to patiently wait. We finally moved to a 3/4 of a done house, a house that had no kitchen, one bathroom not functioning property, a roof partially done along with many different things that were undone through the house. We keep our hopes alive at least we were in our property now. Again he has failed to finish our property we are already 1 month an a half into this and no sight of completion, not only is ne not completed but things that were done are falling apart. We need our home finished out of a 51k contract we have already paid into it 47k we are holding these 4100 for dear last hope. Please help upDesired Settlement: We would like to have all of our things done that needed to be done through the house and move on.
