Please see attached PDF for full response.We try to find quick solutions to our customers issuesUnfortunately same day service for customers over miles from our main service location continues to be a challenge for our store and the industry as a wholeWe do understand our customers expectations and make every effort to meet themWe offer our customers a quick solution to refrigerator & freezer problems by allowing them to borrow a small refrigerator or freezer until the service technician resolves their service issueThis option does require a credit card hold on the product being loaned out to themThe customer had this option explained to himHe choose to forego this optionThe HomeSource staff had reached out to this customer on multiple occasions to help find an acceptable remedy for this customerOur HomeSource staff did reach out to other Authorized Service providers in the area to try to expedited service for this customerThis customer has since brought to our attention that their refrigerator has started working againWe did find another service provider that we had reached out to and they scheduled to preform service for this customer on February According to the customer they canceled the service call because the refrigerator started working again
