DO NOT rent from Homesource! The staff are extremely rude and completely unprofessional! They are just out to get your money and don't care at all about being fair or doing the right thing. Nikki the book keeper is an absolutely wretched and despicable human being and should be fired. The office manager Alicia is just as bad. Stay far far away from these lowlifes.

I rented property through Homesource prior to purchasing my home. On two separate occasions, they allowed maintenance staff to enter my apartment without any attempt to contact me or provide me with notice as required by law.
They also held up my home purchase in escrow when they inaccurately reported that I had been 60 days past due on my rent payments when I had never been past due on payments for rent.
