Customer Service and Empty Promises
They supposedly have a trainer, Evey Simon, incredibly rude and hangs up and disconnects on long time customers.
She is more than incompetent, will not allow you to finish a sentence as she hides behind her computer and over talks the paying client.
Go elsewhere, they have promised me items for over a year and have not delivered. More than disappointing to say the least. Robert Arauco never followed through as well and he is sales.

I Love my App
This app has taken my business to the next level. As a new agent I struggled differentiating myself from people that have done this for years. I was able to successfully give my app to people I meet for the first time at open houses and got 7 deals my first year because of my App. I use it on my listing appointments and give it to everyone I meet like business card. This is the ONLY thing that actually get my clients off of Redfin/Zillow. I highly recommend HomeStack.

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I feel that the service that was marketed to me was not the reality of itThe app would repeatedly notify me about my location times in a row after each time pressing "ok." When I would search for one of my listings and start to input the address the options that would auto predict were addresses out of state and it was slow to predict what I was looking forIn my opinion, Zillow is more advanced, faster, easier, and saves history better of past searchesIn regards to Homestack returning messages, emails, and calls, I had to repeatedly reach out to them to get an answer on multiple occasionsI stated time and time again that I was not happy with their service and would like a partial refund Regards, L [redacted] ***

Here at HomeStack, we pride ourselves on providing not only great technology products for real estate agents and companies but also the highest quality sales and customer service. We are saddened to hear of the above compliant and take claims of deceitful sales tactics very seriously. Our sales team...

is held to extremely high standards and we continually monitor and train our sales team. E[redacted] has been a senior member of the HomeStack team for over 3 years and in that time has a sterling customer service record (98% sales satisfaction rating). He has also received numerous compliments and commendations from clients for his professionalism and knowledge. Although we do not ascribe to pressure sales tactics, we do make it a point to follow up with clients who show interest in order to make sure they take advantage of p[redacted]ing promotions, app name opportunities and new technology.  According to our records, there was multiple correspondence between the above client via phone and email from not only E[redacted] but other HomeStack team members. All inquiries were handled timely including the complaint filed by the above client’s mother on his behalf. As for app names, it is true that once someone has the name, no one else can have it. The app name the client above chose was Brentwood Home Finder and no other apps with that exact name are in the Apple App Store. Other apps such as Brentwood Homes Values, Homes for Sale in Brentwood, etc are in the app store but HomeStack has no control over the order that these applications appear in search results in a similar way to google searches. This is explained in more detail on our website and available to clients and non clients alike. However, we do provide our clients with many different tips and hints on how to increase app store rankings and ASO (App Store Optimization). HomeStack builds each app from scratch and allows for many different customization features for agents and therefore no returns or refunds are provided on fully coded and developed software. Real Estate Agents who purchase their own personally branded mobile applications are setting themselves apart from the competition and taking the power back from sites like Zillow, Redfin and Trulia. Our sales team takes great pride in making sure every customer fully understands the benefits and limitations of our product. Additionally, our tech team is constantly improving on the features of the app and building new features. The above issues related to app functionality do not line up with our internal analytics and tech support tickets. Our smart search feature has been continuously worked on for over two years and is currently returning auto predict results in less than 1.0 seconds. As we tell all our agent’s and their users, like with any mobile application, speed can be effected by a poor data or internet connection. We respect the client's above opinions on Zillow and wish them nothing but success with Zillow’s products. There was many communication points between HomeStack and the above client. Our support team responded to the clients every inquiry to support within 1 business day and our account executives returned the client’s phone calls and requests for information. As with any business, time was needed to research and discuss the above clients situation and requests. However, HomeStack remained available to the client and quickly processed the initial cancel request and monthly fee while a solution was being worked on with the client. Per our initial response, as is customary with software development, the fee structure is a non-refundable setup fee and a monthly maintenance subscription fee. HomeStack builds each app from scratch and allows for many different customization features for agents and therefore no returns or refunds are provided on fully coded and developed software. We again offer the client additional training and look forward to showing them the power of having their own personally branded mobile application that they are the only point of contact on.
