Review: In December,2011, my wife was taken to the hospital with a leg injury. She was in great pain and could not stand on this leg. She was given tests,retained overnight for observation and was told they could not do anything further to help her. When she was discharged it was suggested

that she get a bedside toilet in case she couldn't get to the bathroom. This would require approval from her family doctor which we got. When we left we were told they didn't have this item at the hospital so we assumed we wouldn't get one. Two days after arriving home a delivery of

a portable toilet was made with no invoice or other paper work. My wife had managed to hobble to the facilities thus far but we thought we would keep it in case her condition worsened. It was put in storage and forgotten about. Months later we received a bill for the toilet so I called

Homestar and told them I would return this equipment since it hadn't been used. I was told they would not accept a return as we had possessed it for more than 60 days. We could not do that since the bill came more than 2 months after delivery. I feel we are being treated unfairly in this matter.Desired Settlement: Accept the return of this item and cancel requirement to pay.
