Homestate Adjusters and the representative I dealt with, Elgin ***, were fantastic! At first I was skeptical like any homeowner would be as Elgin came to our house unannounced After talking to him I felt very comfortable that he and his company were professional I did some of my own legwork and investigated the company and talked to friends who had used Homestate and everything I found and everything I heard was positive My experience was no different Homestate lived up to every expectation Elgin was extremely accommodating, answered every question, and professionally handled the insurance issues with my insurer Also, Homestate's roofers were excellent We even had the roof inspected by an independent expert before making final payment to Homestate and the expert was very complimentary of Homestate's work I would highly recommend Homestate

Homestate was outstanding. Steven got on the roof to check out damage and take pictures. He did it all: filing the claim, meeting with the insurance company's representative, and all the follow-up. He kept me informed of the status nd what to expect. Because of Homestate and Steven, I got my roof replaced with no out of pocket expense. Even if you don't think you have damage, it doesn't hurt to have them go up and check. It cost nothing and can save you money!

They did initial roof inspections, worked with my insurance company, coordinated all work with my family schedule, dealt with all paperwork, and then followed up twice to make sure there were no issues (after heavy rain and then high wind).
