we have a strict policy- Customers who are belligerent and threatening are not allowed back on the premises. The customer called and was not calm, he started yelling and cursing at the tech before he even said who he was and what had happenedThe unit was working correctly when it left the
shop- we tested it under a load for over minutesIf the customer had not been verbally abusive we would have asked him to bring it back so we could demonstrate how to properly work the machine in question, and if there was an issue we would have fixed what was missedWhen he called he was informed he was not allowed back to the business and if he did the police would be called for trespassing. He was advised again the next day when he showed up at the shop that the police would be called if he did not leaveHe was asked multiple times to leave before he would go out the doorPeople who act in an aggressive manner as he did are a potential threat to the customers and employees, and will not under any circumstances be allowed back

The business took my money for services and did not perform the services they took my money forI understand they want to stand by their policy, but they don't get to pull this maneuverThe pressure washer isn't fixed even if they say it isSince I'm not welcome to go back and get the issue resolved, they need to refund my moneyThis just won't work for meI want my money back
