Sent: Friday, June 02, 5:PM To: drteam Subject: Revdex.com CASE# [redacted] HOMESTEAD AUTO SALVAGE My name is Regina ***, representing Homestead Auto Salvage.We take pride in our customer serviceI just returned from out of town and I wanted to straighten this situation outI am so sorry that [redacted] had so much trouble with her motor ; however, the second time she returned the motor, the warranty had expired and that was the problem, and I can prove it with the paperwork We never hung up in her face or walked away when she was standing there like she accused us of She insulted us all over Social Media When she would come to our place of business, she was very loud and out of control and kicking the glass front door and because we have cameras at our shop, we have it all on videoWith all that happened, we still want our customers to be happy So, if she is willing to stop bad-mouthing us, and I want her to put it in writing, I will surely be willing to give her a refund of $ I hope this will satisfy her and the Revdex.com Thank you, Regina ***
