This is not a complaint as of yet but an inquiry about this company before something stupid happen and money can not be gotten back.Gave a pretty good picture to my 70 year olde mother, but my problem with them is that when you call there is no greeter nor business message. The number shown above has the right area code but the rest is not the same.. Can you help me fine out if this is a good company for her to send her hard earned money to for assistance in getting the APR% down. An or better a lower house payment than her check each month can face. Thank you looking forward to hearing from you soon before she threw her money away.

I was hesitant to work with any company about the complexities of my mortgage, but I have to say that after careful selection I decided to go ahead and move forward with this company. Overall, the customer service was satisfactory but the results were exemplary hence why I decided to write this review because I feel it was well deserved. I received everything I was told by this company and more... If you are unsure whether or not this company will do what they say, all I can say is they did for me and am extremely satisfied. Thank you Homestead it means a lot to me and my family!
