I do not see any of the "details" Mrs [redacted] speaks of in her response.We do not install the wire meshShe will have to contact another contractor to do that.Her issue is that her roof leaked when she was awayIt is not leaking now.The area that was leaking when she was not home is a direct result of ice damming which is not covered under warranty.We inspected the flashing in April and is installed properly
